Uniform Platform Disclaimers / Return Policy
GameBreaker produces fully custom uniforms, apparel, and protective equipment. Every order is customized and produced solely for our customers. For this reason, we do not offer refunds or re-do’s if we are not at fault.
However, at GameBreaker, we stand by our products. If any item is defective or incorrect, please contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to address any issues and do right by you, the customer. With that being said, please read our policies & disclaimers:
Due to volume, please allow up to 24 hours for your orders to be processed and submitted into production. Our business office operates from 9am to 5pm PST, Monday through Friday. If an order is submitted after our business hours, or over the weekend, it will not begin processing until the next available business day.
GameBreaker is not liable for shipping time. Typically shipping takes 4-7 days, but there can be delays. We urge our customers to take these possible delays into account when ordering.
Turn Around Times
Our turn around times start when the order is submitted for production by our operations team, not when the order is submitted by our customers. On certain products, we are able to offer rush production, others we are not. For a clearer idea on a specific product's turnaround time, check the production method during the order process. The available production methods will clarify the turn around times regarding specific products.
The colors used on our products come from our color swatch. Our color swatch is a pre-selected list of colors that we make available to our customers for their convenience. If requested by the customer, we can produce our products with specific pantone color codes. Please note that the same pantone color code or color can appear slightly different on different fabrics.
Mockups & Designs
The designs we make are a great representation of the uniforms & apparel you are going to receive. Colors may appear different in real life than a digital mockup. However, our team of expert designers choose specific pantone color codes that translate the best in real life! These are the colors in our available color swatch. Things such as placement, sizes of logo’s graphics, are all done to scale depending on the size of the garment we are producing. If you have special requirements, please reach out prior to your order and give us the specifications.
Due to copyright infringement laws, we are unable to produce any equipment or apparel with copyrighted logos, font’s etc.. In the event that a copyrighted logo is requested to be mocked up, our art department will work with you to create a new logo.
Our products are made to the specifications listed on our sizing charts with a tolerance of +/- 10%. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products ordered in the wrong size. We recommend that our sizing charts are utilized.

In the case of any add-ons, it must be done within 24 hours of order submission. Anything after this, does not qualify for an add-on, rather a new order. In such cases, a separate order must be placed that meets the MOQ of your items. If an add-on is placed and accepted, it will delay your order for the same period of time the add-on was placed. Ie: Add-on order placed 1-day after submission, turn around time will be 1-day longer.
Canceled Orders / Items
In order to meet our customers deadlines, we begin production within 24 hours of order submission. After the submission, we can make no guarantees that we will be able to cancel & refund your order. In any case, reach out to our team and we will be able to approve or decline your request based on the current status of the order.
Refund, Re-do & Return Policy
Any problems with our products that may qualify for a redo or refund must be reported within ten (10) days of being received! This includes any issues regarding design, spelling errors, missing items, or defective items.
Visual Evidence of defective apparel must be reported for any issues being experienced. Replacement items normally take 14- 21 days to be turned around, after the issues have been investigated, and a redo has been confirmed by a GameBreaker employee.
GameBreaker offers a guaranteed warranty of 30 days for all products offered. This starts the day after the order has been received. This means if your item rips or has any defects, it can be refunded or replaced free of charge within the said timeline. We require that documentation of the issue is sent to us with photos. After 30 days, we are no longer liable for any damage or issues with your products.
