Uniform Platform Disclaimers / Return Policy

GameBreaker produces fully custom uniforms, apparel, and protective equipment. All products are manufactured specifically for each customer order. Due to the custom nature of these products, all sales are final and GameBreaker does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or re-productions unless GameBreaker determines, in its sole discretion, that an item contains a verified manufacturing defect or production error caused directly by GameBreaker.

Please review all policies, disclaimers, proofs, sizing information, and order details carefully before submitting your order.

Order Submission

Please allow up to twenty-four (24) business hours for orders to be reviewed, processed, and submitted into production.

GameBreaker business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST, excluding holidays. Orders submitted outside normal business hours will begin processing on the next available business day.

Submission of an order does not guarantee immediate production scheduling.

Shipping

GameBreaker is not liable for shipping carrier delays, lost packages, delivery interruptions, weather events, customs delays, or other transit-related issues once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Estimated transit times generally range from four (4) to seven (7) business days depending on shipping method and destination; however, all shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and ownership transfer to the customer upon delivery of the order to the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping addresses provided are complete and accurate at the time of order submission.

Turnaround Times

Production turnaround times begin once an order has been fully reviewed, approved, and officially released into production by the GameBreaker operations team, not at the time the customer initially submits the order.

Certain products may qualify for rush production services while others may not. Available production methods and estimated turnaround times, if applicable, will be displayed during the ordering process or communicated by the GameBreaker team.

GameBreaker is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Colors

Colors displayed on digital screens, mockups, proofs, and printed materials are intended only as visual approximations of final production colors.

Customers may request specific Pantone® color references; however, exact color matching cannot be guaranteed across all fabrics, materials, decoration methods, print processes, finishes, lighting conditions, or devices.

Minor color variations shall not be considered defects.

Mockups & Designs

Digital mockups, renderings, proofs, and design previews are intended solely as visual representations of the final product and may not reflect exact production output.

Actual production may vary slightly due to garment sizing, material type, decoration method, manufacturing processes, fabric stretch, seam placement, or production tolerances.

Logo placement, graphic sizing, numbering, and other design elements may scale proportionally depending on garment size and production specifications.

Customers are responsible for communicating any specific sizing, placement, or production requirements prior to artwork approval and order submission.

Minor production variations shall not be considered defects.

Proofing & Production Approval
Proof Requirements

For qualifying orders, GameBreaker may require additional approval processes prior to bulk production. Proof requirements may vary depending on order size, product type, design complexity, decoration method, or production timeline.

Physical Proof Requirement for Large Orders

GameBreaker requires a signed & approved physical proof sample for designs totaling 1,000 or more pieces prior to bulk production unless otherwise agreed to in writing by GameBreaker.

Digital Proof Approval

If production timelines do not allow for a physical proof process, the customer acknowledges and agrees to waive the physical proof requirement and must approve a digital proof prior to production beginning. This digital proof will consist of manufacturer-provided preproduction ready photos. The customer acknowledges they are proceeding without physical proof review & accepts any associated risks related to production outcome, including possible differences in color, placement, scaling, sizing, materials, or overall appearance.

Waiver of Proof Process

If customer deadlines or production timelines do not allow for either physical or digital proof review, the customer acknowledges they are proceeding without proof approval and accept all associated production risks, including variations in color, placement, scaling, sizing, materials, and overall appearance.

Production Variances

Customer acknowledges that digital proofs, mockups, renderings, and pre-production samples are representations only & minor variations may occur and shall not be considered defects.

Approval Responsibility

By approving any mockup, proof, sample, roster, artwork file, or production file, the customer accepts responsibility for reviewing and verifying all details including but spelling, sizing, colors, logos, placements, quantities, numbering, and overall artwork accuracy prior to production.

Copyright & Intellectual Property

Due to copyright and trademark laws, GameBreaker cannot reproduce or manufacture products containing copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected artwork, logos, fonts, or intellectual property without appropriate authorization.

If protected material is submitted without sufficient authorization documentation, GameBreaker reserves the right to reject the artwork request or collaborate with the customer to develop alternative artwork.

The customer represents and warrants that they possess all necessary rights, permissions, and authorizations for any submitted artwork, logos, names, trademarks, or intellectual property.

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless GameBreaker from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or legal expenses arising from submitted artwork or intellectual property provided by the customer.

Sizing

Products are manufactured according to GameBreaker sizing specifications and industry-standard manufacturing tolerances.

Due to the custom nature of the products and normal manufacturing variation, slight size variances may occur and shall not be considered defects.

GameBreaker does not offer refunds, exchanges, or re-productions for incorrectly selected sizes.

Customers are strongly encouraged to review all sizing charts carefully prior to placing an order and to contact the GameBreaker team with any sizing questions before submitting production approval.

Add-On Orders

Add-on requests must be submitted as separate orders and may not qualify for the same pricing, production timeline, materials, or color availability as the original order.

Cancellations

To meet production timelines, GameBreaker may begin production preparation, sourcing, artwork setup, and manufacturing processes within twenty-four (24) business hours of order submission.

Because all products are custom made, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.

Any approved cancellation may be subject to administrative fees, artwork charges, production costs, material costs, or other applicable expenses incurred prior to cancellation.

Refund, Replacement & Return Policy

Any issue that may qualify for review for refund, replacement, or re-production must be reported within ten (10) calendar days of delivery.

This includes claims related to:

  • defective products,
  • missing items,
  • spelling errors,
  • decoration issues,
  • or production discrepancies.

Customers must provide sufficient photo documentation and supporting information for all claims.

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. GameBreaker reserves the sole right to determine whether a claim qualifies for refund, replacement, repair, account credit, or re-production.

Approved replacement items generally require approximately fourteen (14) to twenty-one (21) business days for production after claim approval.

Under no circumstances shall GameBreaker be required to issue refunds, replacements, or re-productions for issues resulting from customer-approved artwork, sizing selections, roster submissions, or proof approvals.

Limited Warranty

GameBreaker offers a limited thirty (30) day warranty on eligible products beginning on the date of delivery to the original purchaser.

If a product is determined by GameBreaker to contain a verified manufacturing defect during the applicable warranty period, GameBreaker may, at its sole discretion:

  • repair the product,
  • replace the product,
  • issue store credit,
  • or provide a refund.

Photo documentation and additional supporting information may be required for all warranty claims.

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear,
  • cosmetic variation,
  • improper care,
  • misuse,
  • negligence,
  • accidental damage,
  • modifications,
  • damage occurring after delivery,
  • improper storage,
  • normal fading or fabric wear,
  • customer-approved artwork issues,
  • or claims submitted outside the warranty period.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GameBreaker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to any order, product, delay, or use of the products, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, loss of business opportunity, team penalties, tournament forfeitures, or event-related losses.

GameBreaker’s maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price actually paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Force Majeure

GameBreaker shall not be liable for any delay, failure, or interruption caused directly or indirectly by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather events, natural disasters, labor shortages, material shortages, supply chain disruptions, transportation interruptions, governmental actions, pandemics, carrier delays, power outages, cyber incidents, or manufacturing interruptions.
